Where did we start from?
From the characteristics of a group of young video makers who decided to set up a new film and video production company, a creative studio.
What did we do?
We spent a year together, accompanying the group in the creation of the company, structuring the Business Model Canvas, evaluating the different legal forms, and introducing management concepts.
What about the outcomes?
The studio is born! LightHouse is in business since 2019, producing promotional videos, shorts, social content, involving 8 people in its staff.
Where did we start from?

Where did we start from?
From an artistic collective not formally constituted, which wanted to access new funding for its projects and to structure itself internally.
What did we do?
We provided the structure and skills to be able to access various calls for proposals, taking care of business management, from drafting to budget control, from contracting to reporting, from recruitment to permits.
What about the outcomes?
The Teatro al Museo project was co-financed by Cariparma Foundation and the show #nuovipoveri received support from Zona K and was selected for NEXT 2019 – Laboratory of ideas for the production and distribution of the live show of the Lombardy Region and Cariplo Foundation.

Where did we start from?
From the need to organise the activities already started in order to define future investments and rebalance internal roles.
What did we do?
An initial call to listen to who was in front of us and understand what the priorities were. We selected the right tools and structured an ad-hoc workshop: from the Business Model Canvas to the organisation chart and the design and evaluation of new projects.
What about the outcomes?
A mapping of the organisation’s current activities, a compiled Business Model Canvas, and a visualisation of the new organisation chart. All templates used during the workshop were revised and handed over for future use.
